TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Ubiquiti TOUGHCable, industrial-grade shielded ethernet cable. TOUGHCable is currently available in two versions: Level 1 Shielding Protection and Level 2 Shielding Protection.
Level 1 is a Category 5e Outdoor Carrier Class Shielded Cable.
Level 2 is a Category 6 Outdoor Carrier Class Shielded Cable that is also capable of providing enhanced Category 5e performance.
Both models currently come in 1000ft (304.8m) lengths and 24 AWG.
ESD Drain Wire
Both TOUGHCable models have an integrated ESD Drain wire to prevent ESD attacks & damage.
Anti-Crosstalk Divider
Divider inside the inner core separates the wire pairs to reduce cross talk (NEXT). [Level 2 only]
Multi-Layered Shielding
Multi-layered design enables TOUGHCables to withstand harsh weather and heavy use.
ToughCable Connectors
Use ToughCable with Ubiquiti ToughCable Connectors (NOT included; sold separately)
